We at Soar Wealth Strategies, believe our strength comes from the people who serve our clients every day. This month, we’re pleased to highlight Zane Jackson, who joined our team in the summer of 2025 and serves as a Client Relationship Manager.
Zane’s path to the financial services industry has been both unique and intentional.
Before joining Soar Wealth Strategies, he worked in the construction industry selling
timber frame barn homes. However, his interest in finance started much earlier. Growing
up, Zane’s grandfather would often turn on the financial channel showing the opening
bell for the New York Stock Exchange. Zane’s grandfather would explain how the stocks
and the markets worked. Those early conversations sparked a lasting curiosity about
investing and financial planning. Zane’s father-in-law is also in the financial services
industry, serving clients in Zane’s hometown of Wayne, Nebraska.
Zane later pursued that interest academically, earning a degree in Financial Services
from Northwest Missouri State University, an alma mater he shares with partner
Brent Connelly. Zane also played baseball at Northwest, pursuing his childhood dream.
Zane was a talented switch-hitting catcher for the Bearcats from 2018-2022.
In his Client Relationship Manager role, Zane plays a key part in supporting both clients
and advisors. He assists clients with online account access, portal setup, document
uploads, and secure vault management. He also helps ahead of client meetings,
verifying critical information on accounts are up to date. Zane’s strength with
technology and attention to detail make him a valuable resource for our clients who may
need help navigating digital tools.
One of the things Zane enjoys most about working at Soar Wealth Strategies is the
opportunity to meet clients and hear about their goals and learn about their families.
He finds it especially rewarding to see how thoughtful financial guidance can give
clients greater clarity and peace of mind. According to Zane, one of the things that
stands out most about working at Soar Wealth Strategies is its culture: “It really feels
like being part of a family rather than just being another number in a large organization.”
Zane is currently working toward becoming a licensed financial advisor. He is studying
for his Series 7 license, with his exam scheduled for the end of April 2026, and plans to
pursue his Series 66 and Life & Health certifications afterward. He has been
dedicating time outside of work to studying and preparing, demonstrating his
commitment to professional growth and to serving clients at a deeper level in the future.
Outside of work, Zane enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, a special education
teacher in the Elkhorn School District. They married in 2023 after dating since high
school. Over the next few years, they hope to settle in Omaha, purchase a home, start a
family, and add a dog to their household.
We are excited to have Zane as part of the Soar Wealth Strategies team and look
forward to watching his career continue to grow as he progresses toward becoming a
licensed financial advisor.
