As a seasoned financial advisor and one of the founding partners of Soar Wealth Strategies, Brent Connelly is dedicated to helping generations of families pursue their financial goals and build more secure futures. With more than 10 years of experience, Brent is known for providing clear, straightforward advice through actionable and trustworthy strategies.
Brent began his journey in the financial industry in 2012, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. His passion for education and leadership is rooted in his upbringing. His father taught him the value of a dollar early on and inspired him to begin investing at a young age.
Brent was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and earned bachelor's degrees in marketing and Spanish from Northwest Missouri State University. He remains committed to ongoing education and professional development by obtaining his Certified Financial Planner® mark in 2024. The CFP® Professional designation
reflects rigorous education, examination, experience, and ethical standards, which helps guide thoughtful, comprehensive advice for clients.
PERSONAL LIFE
Brent lives in Papillion with his wife Amy, and their two fur babies Norman and Higgins. Norman serves as the family's exercise trainer by making sure they take their nightly walks, while Higgins brings plenty of energy and enthusiasm to everyone who comes to the front door.
Brent is dedicated to his community and enjoys donating time to charities, golf events, and local fundraisers. He and Amy also enjoy watching college football and volleyball. They spend time at home working in their garden, making homemade salsa. It's a family secret and very spicy!
